Through the the Dream It. Do It. Initiative, the Nebraska Advanced Manufacturing Coalition partners with community and business leaders to develop grassroots programs and experiences that expose students, parents, and educators to careers in their community.

The Dream It. Do It. Initiative (DIDI) aims to excite youth about the career possibilities in TODAY's manufacturing! Through career awareness activities, we are introducing students to local industries, highlighting advanced technologies in manufacturing and STEM careers, and promoting awareness of career pathways that lead to good paying careers in advanced manufacturing and related industries.

Access to a highly skilled and educated workforce is a critical element for innovation success. Increasingly, companies report they cannot find individuals with the skills needed for today's industry!
